KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
STEP 1: REGISTER FOR THE SKO (ALL COLLEAGUES)
Fill out the registration formby clicking the “register now” button on the homepage. If you have any additional questions or concerns, share them on the final page of the form.
Please complete your registration no later than November 8, 2024.
STEP 2: BOOK YOUR FLIGHT (NON-DENVER COLLEAGUES ONLY)
All colleagues who need to fly into Denver should book flights to DEN using these SKO-specific travel guidelines.
All flights should be booked exclusively through Allfly. Please refrain from using direct airline websites or third-party platforms like Expedia, as these bookings will not be eligible for reimbursement.
If you need a travel visa, apply for one as soon as possible. Instructions can be found on the U.S. State Department website. We have also attached a customizable letter and invitation you can use for your application (if needed).
All colleagues must arrive in Denver by 4 p.m. MT on Monday, January 20. All sales colleagues must attend the Sales Breakout sessions on Thursday, January 23 and depart after 5 a.m. MT on Friday, January 24. All other than sales colleagues must depart on Thursday, January 23.
Colleagues traveling from APAC & EMEA may arrive one day early on Sunday, January 19 (if preferred).
All tickets will automatically be booked in economy/coach class. If you choose to upgrade, you may do so using your own money.
All flights will be covered by Accuris through our booking platform - you may not use your company credit card outside of the booking platform.
STEP 3: GATHER YOUR TRAVEL DETAILS (ALL COLLEAGUES)
Make sure you have your flight information from your AllFly confirmation email. After you complete the booking through Allfly and receive a confirmation email, you should be able to access your flight information through the airline app.
You will not need to book your own hotel room for the duration of the meeting.
HOTEL CHECK-IN (NON-DENVER COLLEAGUES ONLY)
When you arrive at the hotel, please check in at the front desk. You will be asked to put down a card for incidentals only — the cost of your hotel room during the event has been covered by Accuris.
Hotel check-in is 3pm, but rooms may be ready earlier. If your room is not ready for check in, please store your luggage at your hotel and head to registration.
ATTIRE & ACTIVITIES
Smart casual attire is welcome for the entirety of the event. Examples include tailored jeans, chinos, blouses, polo shirts, casual dresses, and stylish sneakers. Please avoid overly distressed clothing, shorts, and graphic tees.
We encourage everyone to check the weather forecast for Denver. In January, daytime temperatures typically range from the 40s to 50s, while evenings can drop to the 20s. Most of our time will be spent indoors, but you'll want to dress comfortably for walking to the hotel and meeting spaces, as well as for our evening events. We recommend bringing a sweater or jacket, as the meeting spaces and outdoor gatherings can feel a bit cool.
For those interested, there is an on-site gym available at the hotel.
TRANSPORTATION
Please use Rideshare (Uber, Lyft) for your transportation to and from the airport using Concur. Try to combine rides with other colleagues when possible.
BILLING
Hotel rooms for non Denver colleagues during the event are covered by Accuris. You will be asked to provide a credit card upon hotel check-in for any incidental charges.
Meals and snacks will be provided throughout the SKO. We ask that you do not expense meals, except when actively traveling (e.g., at the airport), or due to travel constraints.
You may expense ground transportation to and from your local airport before and after the SKO if you are a non Denver colleague.
PARKING
If you are driving to the SKO, please read through the details about parking below.
If you are staying at the Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center: Self-parking can be billed to the hotel master account. Just let the front desk know you drove to the event upon check in. Valet parking is at your own expense.
More details about driving to the SKO and parking can be found under Registration & Travel on the FAQ.
EVENT REGISTRATION
We recommend you make your way over to the Convention Center as soon as you can to avoid registration lines.
At registration, you will receive your name badge, which must be worn at all times.
AGENDA & MEETINGS
The SKO officially kicks off on Monday evening at 6pm on the 12th floor, Centennial Ballroom.
An overview of what to expect during the week is on the Agenda tab.
