GENERAL INFORMATION

The SKO runs from the afternoon of Monday, January 20 through Friday, January 24, 2025 in Denver, Colorado. The SKO will take place in the Denver Tech Center, a vibrant hub of collaboration and innovation in Denver, Colorado. The Hyatt is a five-minute walk from our Accuris Denver office and global headquarters.

The Accuris Sales Kickoff (SKO) is an exciting opportunity for our team to unite, celebrate our achievements, and set our sights on the future. This event will feature engaging presentations, collaborative breakout sessions, and networking opportunities that foster our vibrant culture.
We look forward to an inspiring and productive gathering!

The meeting starts at 6PM MT on Monday and ends Friday at 11:00AM MT. Tuesday afternoon, Wednesday and Thursday will have a mix of presented content and time set aside for practices to meet. All meals will be provided, starting with dinner Wednesday through breakfast Friday, and both Wednesday and Thursday nights will have evening activities with dinners.
Days typically start around 8AM MT and content ends around 8PM MT. There will be a break before evening programs.
Denver is a great city for meetings, with most venues close enough to walk, so plan for little, if any, bus or other transportation.

Yes, we will be streaming parts of the SKO for those not in attendance.

Employees have until November 8, 2024 to book airfare through Allfly and register for the SKO.

Yes. Please make sure your Allfly profile is up to date with your rewards programs and TSA precheck/Global entry numbers to receive all your status benefits with the airlines. You may also enter your Hyatt Reward Number through our registration platform.

Yes. You can select your seat on airlines that allow preselected seating. This can be done when the flight is booked directly in Allfly.

If you want to change or cancel your flight, please contact the travel agency at TravelOps@AllFly.io.

No. Hotel accommodations for out of state attendees will be arranged and paid via Accuris. Hotel details and requests will be collected during registration. Employees are required to provide a credit card to the hotel during check-in to cover incidentals only.

Employees will not be able to request specific room types outside of ADA or other accommodation needs, which will be collected during the registration process.

Please use rideshare (Uber/Lyft) using Concur. Try to combine rides with colleagues when on the same flight.

Denver area attendees should be the only ones driving to the event.

Yes, parking will be covered by the company.

Meals and snacks will be provided throughout the duration of the event, and we ask that you not expense meals beyond this, outside of during travel (e.g., at the airport).

No. This event is for Accuris employees only.
EVENT EXPERIENCE

If you lose your name badge, you will need to return to Registration to receive a new one. All attendees will be provided a name badge that should always be worn.

You can return to the Registration desk to inquire about the item or reach out to Accuris@rnepartners.com. If our team finds an item (e.g., credit cards, IDs) that belongs to you, we will reach out via email.

Smart casual attire is welcome for the entirety of the event. Examples include tailored jeans, chinos, blouses, polo shirts, casual dresses, and stylish sneakers.
We encourage checking the weather as the event approaches. In January, the weather in Denver is typically mid-50s during the day and mid-20s at night.
