20 | BUILD WHAT MATTERS

Welcome to 20 Days for 20 Years, a celebration of West Monroe’s 20th anniversary!

West Monroe is nearing its 20th anniversary, an amazing milestone that deserves some fanfare in your inbox. In celebration, over the next few weeks, you’ll receive daily emails that feature colleagues chatting about their West Monroe experience, fun facts about West Monroe initiatives and history, and opportunities to tell us a little bit more about yourself!

To kick us off, we’re highlighting our 20th-anniversary theme: Build What Matters.

From the beginning, building what matters has been in our DNA – but this goes beyond what we’ve done in the past; this is about building toward the future. We’re always looking to create positive impact for our stakeholders, whether that’s within our four walls, for our clients, or for our communities.

  • Building what matters for our people | Fostering a people-first and inclusive culture, where all employees have the opportunity to do meaningful, fulfilling work and grow their careers

  • Building what matters for our communities | Making a positive impact on the communities we live and work in through sustainable practices and philanthropic work with organizations that are important to our people

  • Building what matters for our clients | Creating value for our clients by helping them become digital and enhancing their businesses now and in the future as consultants, creatives, technologists, and product engineers

We’ll touch on these stakeholders more throughout 20 Days for 20 Years – but we won’t spoil any surprises just yet. Check your inbox and the ACM website (password: 20year) as we continue to explore how we build what matters!

Share how you’ve helped West Monroe build what matters!

Use the hashtag #BuildWhatMatters to share your unique perspective – and check out the prompts/tips linked here for inspiration. Whether you’re sharing full details that show how you #BuildWhatMatters in your local community or simply dropping the hashtag onto a standalone post, we want to hear from you!

Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.

Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
